This is not a hotel like any other, each rooms different character and atmosphere has been maintained through careful renovations, hence many of the rooms original features has been retained such as working fireplaces. We do not wish that our guests walk through our doors and feel that is just another hotel. The Castle Hotel used to be a family home and this is something that we strive to keep. A home away from home. In every room you can find chrystal chandeliers hanging from the ceilings, wooden floors and in many rooms, Persian rugs. Antique furniture´s and textiles have been carefully handpicked to suit each room. All to give them a certain warmth and comfort.
